Absolutely, the most unprofessional horrifying unprofessional firm ever. Have untrained staff asking potential plans to recount terrifying, traumatic childhood stories and information while speaking like a robot not introducing themselves wasting a ton of our time triggering us more and then if the same answer that any Law Firm will give which is so sorry but our caseload is just too full right now.
