I walked in to order bi vocals on 7/13/21...They're still making you wear a muzzle....I declined went less than a mile away and gave another company my business....We all know glasses aren't cheap...Paranoia!
RecommendedCalled Betts & Biddle today because I broke my glasses. I’m currently not a patient there but due to virus shutdown I was in desperate need of this repair. I called, & the did repair & offered incredible customer service. They now will be our provider for all our eye care needs. Truly warmed my heart in this troubled time right now. Thank you again & I am excited to have you as our provider from this day forward.
They were able to get me in for an eye problem pretty quick. The doctor was very nice and explained a lot of things to me. Very nice staff.

Dr. Biddle, and staff have saved my eyesight more times than I care to count at this point! Every time I have been in need they are prompt, courteous, and caring! If you have questions, they have answers! If you are worried, they are comforting! I will not trust anyone else with my eyes, and neither should you!
