Excellent service and delicious food.. Portions were a little too small ..
pizza was delivered completely disheveled. toppings all over the box and nothing on the actual crust of the pizza! was very excited to try but was only left disappointed and hungry when it arrived. i tried calling more than once but no one answered my call. not ok!

Arrived in NYC after a 24 hour trip from Brisbane Australia. Received our food in record time as requested. Loved it so much visited again today. Everyone tried a different dish. Delicious!! Highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great atmosphere teamed with yummy Italian washed down with a spicy Chianti.
We loved our evening at Bettolona! It was our first night in New York and made for a perfect beginning for a large group of friends! The food, wine & particularly the service made us feel that we were part of a large, happy Italian family!
