We had Solomon out to fix an older Mitsubishi ducted air con. Unlike other companies he was up front, able to source the part required (due to being a certified Mitsubishi agent). When he arrived he was impeccably neat and tidy, arrived when he said he would and did the work quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend Bettmon for anyone

Solomon is a solid professional. Came down to Wollongong to repair somethings under warranty. It was late and he still made it down so we would have heating for the winter. We've used his service a few times and he is always professional and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Our air conditioner failed and needed urgent repair. Betamon promptly provided a quote and subsequently repaired the unit. The unit is now fully operational. Betamon service level was outstanding
Solomon was on time to repair our air conditioner. Very professional. The repair required parts & we were informed how long these would take. As soon as the parts were received we were informed & the repair was done in a timely manner. All rubbish was removed & the repair went without a hitch even though Solomon had to work in the rain.
