Such an amazing blood collection/testing experience! I was so surprised they could test so many things from such a minimally invasive fingertip collection. It was so efficient and the staff are so friendly and warm! I didn't have to worry about feeling dizzy afterwards since it was a fingertip collection, and could immediately resume everything I had planned for the rest of my day. Better Way is truly the Best Way!
Lauren and Better Way provided an alternative to traditional blood draws that make me faint. This is a calm experience compared to blood draws. I was able to come into this lab, lie down with my knees up and have a few samples collected with a prick to my fingers. Lauren was prepared for me, attentive, and accommodated my anxiety. She knew to distract me. She also offered a countdown or surprise lance. With the bonus of speed and convenience, this is by far my preference for all lab work.
