UPDATE: Once Jeanette saw my review she called me up screaming at me and then hung up. My experience with Attorney Thomas Tyler and his real estate closing paralegal, Jeanette, was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, I struggled to get even basic communication. Attorney Tyler never returned my phone calls, which left important questions unanswered during a time-sensitive transaction. We worked with Will Betterton on our new home build contract in Charlotte County. Will did an amazing job! He created an addendum to the builders contract and coached us in the negotiation process for our protection. At the end of the day, we have a solid contract that we felt very comfortable moving forward with. Will is an outstanding asset to have on your side in the new build process!!
