Our poor boy, Samson, was stung likely multiple times today at home. We noticed the swelling and called our primary vet office right away, which led us to BetterPet. We called ahead and spoke with Amber who told us to come in and they’d be expecting us. On arrival, Amber was very welcoming, sweet and we got very prompt care. Dr. Allred and her team were truly amazing! They took our puppy in at the last minute even though they had a full clinic and stayed way after closing to make sure she was able to come home. They were kind, caring, and extremely professional from start to finish. Explaining each step as they proceeded to diagnose her condition ! Thank you all for all you do !! And I can tell , they love what they do ! Thanks,again!!
This is not the post anyone wants to make, but my 13 year old dog suffered a stroke and lost all quality of life along with other health issues we made the heart heavy decision to euthanize him. The team at BetterPet could not have been Better to work with. They were accommodating, communicated very well, and gave us time to say our goodbyes to our families four-legged best friend.
