I mean, I really don’t have any complaints. The two ladies I saw were friendly and decent, and it was super quick (there was also no one there, so that helped). And they were able to get the results in time for my (future) employer at the time, so yeah, my experience was great! Very glad I chose BetterMed.
Where’s the morality? I watched someone bleeding out of there eye and yet he had to wait in line just because he wasn’t scheduled. He should been taken care of first, shame.
The manager saw me struggling at another clinic and offered to bring me here. I needed this done by today! It was my first real job.She drove me and was very patient while talking through the process. I am forever grateful and so is my mom! 10/10
