Quick, friendly, helpful, efficient
Came in for chest pain and stomach symptoms, the sign says to let the receptionist know about these symptoms right away because they may be emergent. I was ignored for 15 minutes, tried to check in with QR code but the system wouldnt take my ID, I came in 15 minutes before my appointment time and wasnt checked in until 15 minutes after it. Then I was tested for flu, covid, and nothing else.
