If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front desk staff and nurses are kind and helpful but if the physician on staff is the nurse practitioner named Kristen, go somewhere else. I went in with several symptoms including a severe sore throat and she did not even examine it. Also, when I shared my concern that my symptoms would worsen after she told me to continue home remedies and over the counter medication, she told me that she was only there to offer “patient education” and that there wasn’t a “special pill” she could give ... read more
