We contacted BetterLiving Sunrooms to plan a seasonal addition to our home. Their representatives name was ‘Will’, he visited our home within a few days of our initial contact. He was extremely professional, informative, and knowledgeable of his product. We were very impressed with the entire presentation. The product itself was outstanding.
Will came to my house and designed a beautiful sunroom. He was very professional and knowledgable. There were many tough variables on my house I was concerned about and he answered all my questions. The company is very reptuable and the sunroom is top notch. I'm excited for my Betterliving Sunroom!
Jordan came out to give my husband and I the demo for a sunroom that we wanted to add to our house. Jordan was nice but we explained to him that I didn't want to use my name on this project so only use my husband. Well he spent almost four hours in our house and gave us a price of seventy thousand dollars. My husband said that if he couldn't get a loan then we wouldn't be doing it. If you're dealing with this company never use cash. USE ONLY CREDIT CARD !! They promised me a no-interest loan from a related bank...then they said no ..Sad
Our sunroom addition was done 6 years ago. We enjoy the comforts of it everyday and have no regrets. During the build, most workers and staff, were professional and pleasant. If ever an issue arose, they were quick to find an amicable solution. Kudos to Tom, for his dedication, professionalism and fine work.
