Absolutely gone down hill, save your self money and disappointment, Doctor Nethra refused to take my blood pressure even though she knew I was sent to ED by this practice 2 days prior by her colleague she told me I can go home and monitor it myself
Turned away in dire need of help and still had to pay for the doctor to literally throw her hands up in the air and say “I’m not going to help you” - she has a responsibility in her profession to show at least a little empathy and care for people…… the dude at the desk cared. He was great. The doctor didn’t.
Absolutely terrible service and rorting the system by trying to charge a 13yr old boy who is also a concession holder (health care card) private fees when he is absolutely entitled to free bulk billable medical care in Australia. When they randomly tried to impose the private charges onto us on arrival today for the consult, a screenshot was produced to show them that nowhere on HotDoc booking does it say anything at all about new patients or regular patients being required to pay private fees if under 16. Honestly, couldn't be much better! The customer service is great, tests and scans come back quickly and the doctor is honest and affordable. Very proffesional and compassionate staff and makes me feel comfortable about my health. Overall, oustandong performance and I will come again soon!
Greatest Medical Centre I have ever been to. Great customer service. The doctors are great, and the practice manager and receptionists are very friendly
