Are horrible with answering the phone and will cancel online appointments I need a script refilled for postnatal and haven’t been able to be in contact with them due to poor service I have called six times over the morning and not a single response

Didnt appreciate the late long hour wait & no apology then he turned around & ended up charging for an extra long consult price when it was a standard 10min apt and was only in the apt for 10mins. Wow. Wont be seeing Dr Carroll again.
Shocking customer service! The doctor charges and makes you come in for appointments to read results that are normal - wasting time and money to come in for results that could’ve been messaged or emailed to say hey all is clear with those tests. Then tries to reschedule an appointment for nothing in particular.
