The only reason I have 4 stars is because as busy as this amazing doctor is. He really should be in office 5 days a week. As brilliant, kind, funny, caring, understanding, accommodating, ( he takes walk-ins ). Not many physicians still do that. Firm but kind and so knowledgeable in what seems to be almost every possible area of medicine. I have been Dr. Mac's patient since right after he graduated from medical school. Best Dr. he has been there for me for the last 20 years
I was a patient of Dr Mcnaughton for many years, I retired and moved to another state. Never realized just how good he and his staff really are. I want to thank them for everything they do. It is so easy to take for granted what you have until you loose it/them. Thank you Dr Mcnaughton and staff.
Love the private practice feel and the office staff are awesome (busy and to the point but still awesome). You aren't treated like a piggy bank and they genuinely care about your health. Dr McNaughton is an amazing Doctor that really knows his stuff! If you're looking for the more modern My Chart experience, not the place for you. But I personally decided to have the personal approach of the private practice over the larger conglomerate that refers you out to a specialist for everything to make more money.
