Kind of a mixed bag. It's not hard to get an appointment quickly, which is nice, but the service is really bad and so is the scheduling. Set aside at least 2 hours for an appointment. You can expect to wait 45 mins to an hour to be seen after checking in, I have waited 1.5 hours JUST to get to the exam room, and then still wait 15-30 in the exam room before the doctor shows up. Dr. Betteridge is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He has a wealth of knowledge and takes time to listen and thoroughly understand the problems. He doesn’t rush and makes sure to give each patient proper attention. He also takes into perspective the goals and personal situation of each patient and offers a variety of options based on individual circumstances. The team is friendly and thorough too! Highly recommend if you want to go somewhere to resolve medical issues without dealing with layers of bureaucracy and corporatism.
