Love the private practice feel and the office staff are awesome (busy and to the point but still awesome). You aren't treated like a piggy bank and they genuinely care about your health. Dr McNaughton is an amazing Doctor that really knows his stuff! If you're looking for the more modern My Chart experience, not the place for you. But I personally decided to have the personal approach of the private practice over the larger conglomerate that refers you out to a specialist for everything to make more money.

Kind of a mixed bag. It's not hard to get an appointment quickly, which is nice, but the service is really bad and so is the scheduling. Set aside at least 2 hours for an appointment. You can expect to wait 45 mins to an hour to be seen after checking in, I have waited 1.5 hours JUST to get to the exam room, and then still wait 15-30 in the exam room before the doctor shows up.
