Not happy. 3 items ordered. One doesn't do the job by not fitting tub & non refundable & the 3rd item is lost in transit, still no sign of it. Done.
Sent me crutches with the wrong cuffs, then was told it would be a 4 month back order for the correct ones. Four months have passed and now being told another 3 months, have asked for a refund and now I'm being ignored. Would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible service.
I ordered a pair of Spillnots. What I got was a pair of cheap knockoff copies that were totally unfit for purpose.
Virtual assistant does not work. Hung up on constantly and cannot understand. Terrible experience
