I was definitely a bit hesitant on starting therapy but Better You Counseling made it really easy for me to book my appointments and start! Once I had my first appointment, with Andrea, I felt very welcomed and validated within my feelings! She shows much compassion and I always appreciate how genuine she is, along with the constant uplifting comments and attitude. Overall, I’ve loved my experience here so far and the quality help I’ve received! :)
Sometimes you might not connect with a consular and that’s ok. She was fine, but didn’t for me. If you find someone else that does work at a different location. It’s $150 for them to share clinical information.
Tracy has truly helped me through so much and continues to. I cannot say enough about how warm, caring, and insightful she is. I'm truly thankful for her.
Genuinely have had the best experience with Andrea! Her energy allows for a safe and opening environment, and I have seen positive changes in not only me but my energy towards the people around me!!
