I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, the support I received initially was fantastic. My counselor and my psychiatrist were professional, helpful, and set clear goals to feeling better. On the other hand, the support for the app, technical support for appointments, and billing support have horrible service. If you feel there's an unjust/incorrect charge, they do not care. I cannot say enough great things about this office! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff and receptionist make you feel so welcome and at ease. They are incredibly helpful, professional, and kind — which means so much when you’re reaching out for support. The whole team clearly cares about creating a warm, comfortable environment for everyone who comes through the door. Highly recommend! 😊
This is hands down the best counseling clinic out there. I have grown so much as a person with their guidance. Helena Roberson is the best. She has helped me conquer so much as a working mom of two. She helped me find my inner strength when I’m struggling. I’m forever grateful I found my therapist.
