My wife and I have been using Sherry Arnett at Better World Travel to book all our cruise and travel plans for several years. The service we have received has been great. Her planning and scheduling travel and cruises makes the entire process relaxing and enjoyable. Must be out of business. Asked to provide arraignment for a trip to Jamaica. Never called back. Now no one answers the phone!!!
US Airways stranded us in Maui when they canceled our flight. We did have trip insurance, this was on a Saturday night around midnight eastern time. I sent Sherry an email, she called my cell phone with advice as how to handle the extra days in Maui, handling my insurance etc. She was on vacation in Mexico, and she calls me! Who does that, a 5 Star Travel Agent. We have used her many times in the past and will use her again.
