Yesterday in that awful cold temperature Better Windows & Doors’ excellent installers replaced my four panel front window and the door into my garage. The window had California shutters that I was mildly apprehensive about having them taken down and reinstalled but I’m thrilled with the job that Mackay performed-5 GOLD STARS. They fit better now than before. The workmanship fitting the short staircase in the garage to new door frame is excellent. I was consulted every inch of the way. Great customer service and very reliable on timing. We have worked with Better Windows & Doors twice for a window glass replacement. Each time, they have responded efficiently to our request, they sent a representative out in short order to gather the details necessary for a quote and they gave us an estimate of timing. Both times the estimate of timing was spot-on. It's nice to work with a local business that understands customer needs and who efficiently and promptly communicates.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced on our home by the team at Better Windows and Doors in Cambridge and are so pleased with every aspect of the renovation. Jeff, from the team came to our house first and offered a quote and was extremely kind and professional.
