I have nothing but positive things to say about the team at Better Windows and Doors! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and the people were incredible to deal with. Shout out to Noah, Ethan and Evan who installed my new sliding patio door in the 30+ degree heat. You guys were professional, hilarious and kind the entire time which I couldn’t appreciate more.
Installed 2 patio doors in a morning. Cleaned up nice after installation. Replaced sill plates without charging extra. Good deal via the Home show. I would recommend Better Windows and Doors.
Unprofessional service and poor workmanship I had a disappointing experience with Better Windows and Doors. The two patio doors they installed were a couple of inches shorter than my original doors, leaving a gap and exposing the wall at the top. Instead of getting approval on a dimension change before installation, they simply installed the short doors and asked my wife on-site if we wanted to hide the gap with oversized trim or sand and paint the exposed wall ourselves. A special thank you to McKay and Devon for their excellent installation work. They were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail.
