RecommendedI am very active! I run, lift weights, teach spin class, go hiking with my two German Shepherds, work in the yard and love being outside! If you want to keep going, you have to take care of yourself! That is not an option (contrary to popular belief). Nicole is awesome and has done wonders for my neck! Paired with her massage therapist on staff, Karma, I have never felt better! I love their holistic approach to wellness! They both just have such positive energy and a passion for what they do!
