Robert did a great job installing UV sterilizer and water softener. Installation is neat and professional looking. After installing, Robert took the time to ensure that I knew exactly how to use everything. None of the equipment used is proprietary, so I’m not locked into a single company - parts are readily available. I chose Better Water solutions because of the time this family business has been around and the solid online reviews. I would 100% recommend them.
After having private testing of our well water, we decided to price a unit for our well. We got a softener and UV light treatment. Our water softener was installed five years ago by Better Water and it is still running like new. I’ve had them come out for one service call and they came out the next day. Ended up being my fault due to over filling the salt container. I highly recommend the folks at Better Water!
