If tou are looking for qualty and caring customer/patuent care... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. Use this at your iwn peril. After being treated poorly, having 2 insurances and still paying close to $850. My secind pair of glasses took approximately 6 weeks (2nd) time to come in and still they were wrong prescription. The male who gave me the glasses refused to listen to my concerns and was trying to convince me that I "just needed to get used to the glasses." I absolutely love this office and the environment they have is so welcoming. Not only have I been a patient for many years and will continue to be but I will always recommend others to give it a go. Such amazing staff and passion from the Doctors. They care about their patients and truly take care of ther concerns.
I love Better Vision. Dr. Chris Holland is very detailed and very personable. David has always helped me with my fitting of my glasses and I won't go to any other vision provider. The office staff are always kind and delightful.
I have taken my children to this office for 2 years and the Dr. Is great but I've run into some very rude receptionists and other supporting staff members. It is very difficult locating an office that cares in this town. I have been on the hunt for a new optometrist as a result of the staff's poor and very unprofessional attitudes. Good luck to all dealing with this staff (with the exception of the Doc).
