If I could give a lower review I would. First they don’t sell glasses and the places looks dirty. Second, they did take my vision insurance however they told me since my MEDICAL insurance is an HMO they said if they “found” a medical issue with my eyes like an infection or dry eye they would Need to charge me $275 to treat me. That is a huge red flag. I have never been told this before. They said I could go get a referral from my medical provider to prevent that fee after I pushed back and said absolutely not. I recently had an eye exam at Better Vision - Cypress, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I worked with Dr. Farooque, and I cannot recommend her enough. What stood out immediately was the advanced technology they use. The equipment is top-tier, allowing for a incredibly detailed and comprehensive mosaic scan of my eyes. Had an appointment at 2. I didn't leave until 4 pm.
Love Dr. Farooque. She goes to great length to make sure I understand everything that is being done in testing my eyes and takes the time to listen to and answer all of my questions in detail. Her staff is great also.
