I cancelled my appointment because it’s a big red flag when I ask for a routine eye exam and they not only want vision insurance which covers that but also medical insurance information for “ just in case extras are needed.”That just screams fraud to me . From some previous reviews , it appears my suspicions are correct . There are plenty of other options in the area, no need to go with one that smells fishy.
I give one star because they are the worst customer service ever they even don't care about your time and they missed up with your appointment I advise don't deal with this place
Experience was ok. The office has a weird smell. Dr. Alvarido was nice but she was slow and didn’t seem confident in what she was doing. The glasses are a good selection.
