I genuinely hoped to leave a positive review, but my experience fell short in several important areas. During my initial consultation, specific practitioners were discussed and presented as part of the experience. However, I was not given the opportunity to schedule with those individuals. I have had nothing short of a fantastic experience with this company. I have been with them for quite some time and every interaction has been positive. The staff I have spoken with, especially my personal provider, have been so kind, understanding and empathetic. I have a nonstandard case because of some prior medical history and they have gone out of their way to work with me on more than one occasion I feel heard and understood. The staff have been very kind and supportive and there are good online resources. I give a 4 star because their member portal has a bit of an outdated design, there is no place to even check the status of a refill, and it seems to take a long time to get a refill shipped.
