My daughter booked this place for an event and on the day of the event was told, after she tracked down the owner,that the venue had changed to a completely different place. The basement we were sent to was in a sketchy part of town and there was a very loud event going on upstairs. People were stomping and singing very loudly for the first 1/2 of our party. A few years ago, I hosted my sister's baby shower. I booked BTG and when we showed up to set up, there was another shower going on (they double booked) and it was very very difficult to get a hold of the owners (ended up having to private message their personal instagram pages). We had to reroute every single guest, and put together a baby shower with 50 people in my parent's house within 30 minutes. It was an absolute disaster and I still feel badly about it.
