Josh gave a high rating without even knowing the experiences of Lauren and Dylan's work with Stephanie. Time, and again I witnessed Stephanie's neglect of her business, and her unprofessionalism she exhibitied while being the "boss" (in quotes because most of the managing was done by Lauren). I got frequent calls while both Dylan and Lauren waited for supplies, were verbally abused by Staphanie, and expected to do more work for less pay. Dylan Penrose and Lauren Michelle gave bad scores because they refused to do their jobs correctly and never took responsibility for themselves even when given chance after chance. Also, I wouldn't expect for any potential new clients to listen to a service review from non-clients. I only worked with Stephanie for a short time and this does not describe her. If you want legitimate reviews, please ask for references. We'd be happy to share!
stephanie the owner does not know how to run a business. I was a contractor for her for 7 months. When requesting bleach she took two weeks to bring it to the job site.( mind you she lives an intersection away)she blocked me before I could get my last paycheck. She expects everyone to do everything for her( condepent). She was legally late on sending my 1099-MSC. She would back me in a corner to talk to me making me extremely uncomfortable.
