It would ve been BETTER for me if I had never went into BETTER THAN BEFORE. I dont think I have ever been treated so rudely in my life. I had carried clothes there before and thought they were rude years ago, but decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake. When I came in for my appointment, I was greeted with a very annoyed attitude by a middle age lady. I seemed to be bothering her by bringing in my clothes for her to receive half of the profit from. She didnt say hello, or greet me in any way. I had to make several ... read more

There is also a BTB in Decatur. Crazy thing is if you consign in Cullman you will make more \$ than in Decatur, they sale the items for alot more. They are extremely picky at both places, and I have seen stuff they have for sale and thought to myself " my things that they declined look a million times better than this". I have attempted to shop for tops but I can never find anything I like, or that looks good enough to pay the price they are asking for. On average I will make about \$30-\$40 a month when I consign. I really like this store. I would just like to see consistancy in customer service. One visit I will be ignored and the next I am treated like gold.

Too picky about what they accept in their shop. Better places to shop. Ive always thought of Cullman as a friendly town. These people are too uppity for this town.
Have consigned many times - have forgotten to pick up items and checks..... You will NOT get a reminder call for sure......Anyway, the only real down side to consigning is the appointment schedule. Its usually about 2 weeks out and I think most would agree that when you are ready to clean out, you want to do it right then, not in two weeks. Other than that, I have had plesant experiences consigning at BtB.
