Dennis Butler did a fantastic job on every thing we asked him to do! We HIGHLY recommend him! Washed outside of house, calked what needed calking, repaired what was rotted, painted BEAUTIFULLY! He was reasonably priced (fair to both us and him), showed up early and worked hard all day. Also did some Handyman things we needed doing and were so pleased with everything! Definitely will use him again and you should too. You won't be sorry! I now have him on Speed-Dial!
I had a farmhouse built around 1900 and was in the process of remodeling. The first thing Dennis did was paint the outside and then we went from there. He had many suggestions for remodeling the inside of the house which were very successful. The work he did was well done looked great when completed. One of the most important things was he was always in communication and he was always on time. He was able to expand on my ideas to make them more reasonable. He was very knowledgeable.
Dennis is always prompt. He tells you his price up front and does not require payment until he is finished. We highly recommend Dennis and will definitely use him again. He replaced our glass sliding door after the glass shattered on our old door. Great quality work. Thanks Dennis for all of your good work.
Dennis has been our handyman for several years. Painted house and deck, installed doors, sheetrock and lots of misc. repairs. He has extensive home construction and maintenance experience with working knowledge of latest materials and products. We highly recommend him.
