I saw Caleigh in December when I had sufferred meniscus and foot injury. As a runner I was struggling over only a couple of KM. Alignment through orthotics and insisting I change footwear type I just celebrated my 65th birthday by running 65km. Can't thank Caleigh enough for her knowledge, expertise and above all customer focus and friendly personality

Took our son there and Caleigh was amazing. We had been to other Podiatrist’s and it was like they wanted a program to fix the problem. Caleigh did it in one consult. Thank you. Don’t waste time with others
I called to confirm if they sold Archies. The receptionist confirmed that they do and that I would be able to purchase them by going to the clinic to purchase them today. Walked to the clinic and found it was closed (within their opening hours). Called again and the receptionist didnt know why. Wouldn't recommend Better Steps until they figure out a way to know if the clinic is open or not.
Highly recommend Better Steps Family and Sports Podiatry. Caleigh and staff are absolutely amazing!
