BSFD is great with customer service, chair side manner and overall care for their patients is a huge. I had high anxiety and I also have TMJ that keeps me out the dentist chair. I specifically spoke to them about my trauma, fear and anxiety they made sure I was comfortable and knew every step of the way. I panicked at times and its like she could feel my tension and gave me a break. I recommend them to any and everyone looking for a Dentist and its staff to listen. Dr. Florentino is the best dentist I’ve ever seen! I was nervous about getting cavities filled in various areas in my mouth but she was incredibly gentle, and thorough. Her assistants, and front desk are incredible as well!
I used to dread going to the dentist until I switched to here. Dr. Florentino is the most gentle dentist. I got my wisdom teeth removed while I was awake and I have to say it wasn’t as painful as the pressure but still she knows what she is doing and the staff is super nice
When i went in to get my teeth cleaned and x-rays everything was fine. This was about a few weeks ago. Today I went in to get teeth on the bottom filled and a tooth pulled. The Dr. Didn't check before hand if i was numb or not and went straight into drilling my teeth. I jumped because I was not numbed all the way and had a sharp pain go through my tooth.
