Tech Milton.S. is Fantastic! My Sleep Study was on 10-17-2016. Milton's Patient Care, Bed side manner and Customer Service is Outstanding!!! 10-26-16 - I got a message to call the sleep center. At first my experience with the Rio Rancho Sleep Center was very good. I did my sleep study and found the technicians and doctors helpful and knowledgeable. My problem has been with their customer service and communication. A few months ago my insurance was changing so I called to get supplies ordered before this happened because I wasn't sure if they accepted my new insurance.
