I had a great experience with Better Service Inc. from start to finish. The office staff, Carrie and Michael, were friendly, responsive, and made scheduling everything incredibly easy. They were also very accommodating and flexible in working around my schedule, which I really appreciated. Someone came out to fix my gas fireplace. Was very professional and answered any question I had. Did a thorough check and found I only needed a clean connection to the wall switch. Only charged me the diagnostic fee I already knew about ahead of time. Honest person I thought. If I need air or heating help, I would not hesitate to call again.

We woke up on a Saturday morning in January to find our thermostat off and our home freezing. We called at 7:45 a.m., and Sean responded before 8:00 a.m. and arrived at our home before 10:00 a.m. He quickly identified the issue, set us up with a temporary fix, and scheduled a follow-up appointment later in the week to complete the work. We are very thankful for Sean’s quick response and excellent customer service. Melissa was great too!

We were assigned this company through our home warranty company for a main line clog. Communication left much to be desired, as no one will answer/return calls on the weekends. Listing on Google states they are open 24 hrs. Technician came, didnt speak English and spent the majority of the time on the rear of the house, when the main is in the front. Tech had to be told there was a clean out up front and spent maybe 20 min on it before leaving, stating job was complete. Less than a week later, line was clogged again. Company... read more

I experienced a whole house back up. Carrie, in the office was my first contact and she was very helpful in assisting me with my needs. Caleb was my service man, and he was prompt, professional and considerate. These services were completed under my home warranty. I would highly recommend to anyone needing service.
