We were assigned Better Service by our Home Warranty company. From the very beginning the interaction was pleasant and professional. Carrie in the office got us booked for the next day. This in itself was a relief since the first company we were assigned by the warranty company wasn't going to be able to get to us for a week and we were experiencing a leak somewhere upstairs that was causing water damage to the ceiling downstairs. Better Service did a fantastic job recommending and installing an HVAC for our home years ago. We recently performed a full remodel and yesterday, after calling to inquire about our home not cooling properly, they quickly sent out their servicemen again to check. They confirmed the HVAC company our design build crew worked with during our remodel, also a reputable HVAC service brand around KC, messed up the wiring and nothing was connected to AC anymore. Jordan came out today and was super helpful, courteous and just a good all around guy. It's great to find a place you can trust. This is my go to place for plumbing issues, please don't change.

Update 6/18/25 Same kitchen sink clogged again 4 months later. And exactly the same way. And this is four months after this Company supposedly cleaned the line. Be advised the sink has not been used since they were here. I also should report that the last Plumber that they sent here could not speak English. He can only communicate in Spanish. We had a leak and horrible smell. Mr. Dexter showed up on time, assessed the problem and even helped toned down the smell until he could get the situation fixed. Mr. Dexter was VERY polite and courteous. He informed, showed me the issues and explained what needed to be done. He finished in a timely manner AND CLEANED UP! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. DEXTER, request him him for your issues!
