Roofing crew came out today 05/09/25. Very prompt. Said they would be out at 7am and it was 7:01 when the doorbell rang. Very nice guy wanted to let us know they were here to start. Did our house and detached garage in one day. Jason the crew leader was here several times and very friendly. Great crew, great job! Highly recommend!!
I would recommend Jamestown Roofing, Kyle was great to work will, very professional and prompt at returning my calls or answering all questions.
The crew from Better Roofing and Contracting did a superb job residing my home. However, the job did have a few hiccups through the project. Tyler was prompt to address the issues and they were corrected in a prompt and professional manner. Tyler made several stops out to the job and also did a final walk through with myself and the subcontractor to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work. I would save time and headaches. Do not use! For starters they gave us an incomplete estimate. Then said they would have the work completed by fall, when I heard nothing I called to inquire . They “forgot” about us Apologized profusely and claimed we would be the first in the spring. We were not. Then when I realized the didn’t replace the door wraps, I asked why they weren’t included in the original estimate.
