This is from Linda's Husband Sam. Our chimney cap had blown off exposing the opening now subject to possible rain damage. Service man Ismael came and inspected the problem and informed me that they don't usually repair chimney caps. I showed him the metal cap that my grandson had rescued from the lawn. Since I'm disabled and can't walk outside, I didn't know about it and what to do. Better Roofing recently did an excellent job repairing other wind damage on the roof.
