We had a great experience with Better Roofing. We had a complete tear-off and installation of a new roof. Gilbert and his crew were knowledgeable, professional and experts in their field. The price was not was the least or most expensive of the bids we received however we feel the quality of service and the final product were fair and reasonable. One technician came out promptly to assess and examine the damage to our roof and provided a reasonable, straightforward quote. Having gotten Three estimates they were the only roofers that followed through. Their work was impeccable- highest standard. Gilbert Senior kept me abreast of progress. He surprised me with $520 of over payment. What integrity.
I had a new roof installed in my comercial building September 2019, we have had leaks in the new roof from the first rain. Called them to repair leaks after rain on several occassions they responded but the leaks remained. Now there are so many leaks I have to replace the new roof they installed 5 years ago with a completely new roof. My experience with this company has not be favorable.
