These guys are snakes! If you have a chance to rent from this company, DON’T! I don’t see how this company can even stay in business! My family has been going on for 18 days now with no AC (in the middle of June) and they are too cheap to replace the system, or let us moved out of our rental. Their only solution is a 7 day credit. I have reported their practices to the BBB and the rental to the Florida Department of Health.
