This company has assisted me with 4 mortgages. They were the best selection for 3 specific scenarios: 1) Buying a home that needed some work and an additional loan for rehab expenses, while receiving the best interest rate, 2) Getting my home appraised at the highest value to refinance without having to bring cash to closing, and 3) Securing the lowest interest rate available for a 30-year fixed rate mortgage on the day the rate was locked in.
