Poor communication and failed to show up fur numerous startup meetings. They then met with my 14 year old daughter to explain the equipment, and the tech that came for the startup could not operate the equipment.
No after the fact customer service whatsoever… we had defects in our pool finish and he literally admitted there were defects but stopped answering and emails Beware of there workmanship and guarantee In response to below ? Poor service and poor record keeping … GES paver company contracted you for the job ….and neither of you stood by your work . No mix up … trust me folks BEWARE
Better Pools and Spas did a wonderful job re-imagining our pool! They renovated and made a seamless addition to our pool. The sun shelf with lights and bubblers looks like it was always a part of our pool. The employees and sub contractors were professional and did wonderful work. The owners were on site several times to make sure the work was completed on time.

Did my pool any couple of years ago. They do a great job. Honest and communication was impeccable! I recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys for such a great job!
