Contracted over a year ago for a new pool & pavers. Still not finished & they have been paid. No communication from them till legal action threatened & still no work. I don’t recommend.
Billy and his crew did a great job building my pool! I'd highly recommend them
We choose to go with Better Pools and Spas after reviewing several bids. Even though the bid appeared higher, the work being completed was more through; with a full removal instead of repairing only areas of deterioration and included leak detection, draining the pool, 30-day start up upon completion, etc., extras that were an additional cost with other companies. First of all I want to say the remodeling of my pool took a lot longer than I thought it would. However, I have to blame the 3 hurricanes we had in 2024 for a big part of that. I am very pleased with the workmanship. Johnny did a fantastic job on the tile work, and it was not a simple design. Ray was amazing with the paver work and went beyond to make it look professional. Better Pools and Spas resurfaced our pool and hot tub and put in new pool tile. They did an amazing job and had it done in the amount of time, they said it would take. I feel like the pricing was fair also.
