We paid $35,000 for a backyard remodel, and less than three years later the turf is already showing serious issues. Several areas are completely flattened and won't bounce back, making it look worn out and poorly installed. On top of that, a section of the turf has been burned due to window reflection--something that was never disclosed or even mentioned as a potential issue during the project. Better Place remodeling cares about the customer experience and was willing to correct some of the issues experienced during our initial install. The owner of the company was receptive to hearing our issues with communication and went above in beyond in correcting some of the quality issues. You can tell that he cares and takes pride in his company, cares about his employees, and wants to improve the customer experience.

We had Better Place re-landscape our backyard in June of 2023. It’s taken me over a year to write the review because I wanted to let them directly resolve the issue before sharing my experience with the public. We requested artificial turf to replace our mostly grass backyard and install a retaining wall on one side of our yard blocking off the downhill water drainage from our neighbor's yard. Better Place revitalized our back yard, turning it into an oasis that visitors have praised and enjoyed. The artificial turf installed in our front and back yard is stunning. The outdoor kitchen is gorgeous and fun. Their communication and follow-up to our questions was impeccable all of the way until the project was completed, and then we didn't hear from them again.
