The map location for this place is not correct. I tried calling on three seperate occasions, and they did not answer. Instead they sent me a text stating they could respond quicker over SMS, so I responded asking where their location was, as I was in a lot of pain hobbling around the parking lot searching for it. Had a great experience. The staff was friendly, they saw me promptly, and I felt taken care of. Normally my experience at urgent cares has been underwhelming and slow but I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care provided here. I’d highly recommend this place.
Every step of the way from the first evaluation to the referral to a specialist, I received prompt and attentive care.
They took great care of me, professional yet personal, I was fortunate enough to choose betterpath when i needed the help the most, i was in and out quickly with the help i needed and a smile on my face.
