10/10 do NOT recommend. I went with them based on the reviews of great experiences. However, that was not my experience. I brought a realtor on board that I was working on for the purchase of a new house as a set of eyes incase this was a shady deal. When I done so, I lost almost all communication with my point of contact Kasey (whom had been mentioned in said great reviews) my realtor stated her contact with her was minimal getting messages for scheduling showings vs updates.
