Great clinic with well trained professionals. Well organized, clean and accommodating clinic.
Absolutely unacceptable. I called this office simply trying to become a patient, and the person who answered the phone was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to someone else, she told me I “couldn’t talk to anyone” because she was “the boss.” That response alone says everything about how this place is run. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, she challenged me to explain how she was being rude — completely dismissing the fact that her tone and attitude were the problem.
