Great clinic with well trained professionals. Well organized, clean and accommodating clinic.
Absolutely unacceptable. I called this office simply trying to become a patient, and the person who answered the phone was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to someone else, she told me I “couldn’t talk to anyone” because she was “the boss.” That response alone says everything about how this place is run. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, she challenged me to explain how she was being rude — completely dismissing the fact that her tone and attitude were the problem. Great clinic, extra clean. Everyone is kind, knowlegable and professional.
Dr. Amah is a great pain doctor. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a respectable by the book doctor
Would not recommend this practice at all. I was a patient for 16 months and the doctor was cordial for a while. Lately though has become very suspicious and accusatory when I have done nothing wrong. In doing that, it is not FAIR to the patient at all and does not in any way have their best interests or needs at heart. Plus they could not even have the decency to do it in person, but chose to do it over the telephone. Unless you want to get made to feel like a criminal, I would choose elsewhere.
