Hands down my favorite place
Went in tonight and got a pedicure, got the regular spa pedi. The person trimmed and painted my toes. Did not add a clear top coat, did not massage, did not put lotion on my legs and no warm towels. Which all should have been included. Let’s just say I won’t be going back and will be looking for another place to go.
I would not recommend this nail salon been going here for a while… The prices go up and the services get less. The service are super rushed. The prices change every time you go in. I know everything is going up but when you raise the prices on your services and rush through them, you don’t get the quality work or half the steps that are included in the service. Absolutely the rudest owner or manager. She doesn’t want you to talk to your nail tech. Not accommodating to schedule. I tried to get an appointment with Heidi and she was rude and each day stated Heidi was not there. The man that works there is nice. I have been going there faithfully for more than a year, probably close to 2. I won’t go back. I have found my new nail home. They were fabulous.
