Went in for a fill. I quickly noticed she was not filling the nail with acrylic powder. I stopped her and she immediately started claiming she did!?!??? Like what??! I’m literally right here I see what you are and are not doing?!! She continues. Then when she put my hands under the UV light it instantly showed no acrylic fill used. Again I pointed it out. They refused to correct apologize or admit fault and charged me full price. As I’m paying I also noticed their pay system has no option for no tip. You literally must tip!?... read more
Staff is super friendly here and they always do an amazing job on my nails.
Hands down my favorite place
Went in tonight and got a pedicure, got the regular spa pedi. The person trimmed and painted my toes. Did not add a clear top coat, did not massage, did not put lotion on my legs and no warm towels. Which all should have been included. Let’s just say I won’t be going back and will be looking for another place to go.
