They operate from Gurugram, Haryana in India. I do not feel comfortable with my PII being in another country that is not the U.S. That data should be here in the U.S. only.

Very unprofessional and extremely shady. As a real estate investor (secondary to my prime work) I usually work with Quicken but I had an Amex Discount for Better so I decided to try them to refinance one of my rental properties. I paid to get an appraisal done but never got someone to schedule or come out, but they said its okay because someone was there.....again how when I didnt let them in?? Better Mortgage is a joke. The process is extremely slow and often times you have to send paperwork multiple times. Then the biggest concern is once your loan is sold they drag their feet through the process causing confusion on where payments go and in my case caused a delinquent payment even though payment was made on time to new loan provider.
