Most harassing company ive ever seen. Theyve been calling me for more than a year straight after i told them i dont need or want their services anymore. I blocked them and they keep texting me and calling me with different numbers.
This business does not respond. I was seeking therapy for my son and they completely dropped the ball! I would not suggest you use this service. If I could give no stars I would.
I only write this review in the hope that my experience with Better Morning is better than with some other providers. I had an intake session today with a Ms. Lola. She was very comprehensive with her questionnaire and called on time. I myself was a few minutes late because I did not receive a response when I noted I hadn't received a link or a call number for my appointment. They keep calling from different numbers and emails after I told them over a year ago I don't want any services. Harassment! I will report to BBB. Ignorant, vile and incompetent people working at this business. I do not recommend anyone start services with them. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned! Person on the phone with a sweet voice is extremely rude. Their doctors old school also rude and do not listen. Except for one, who left of course.. great doctors don’t even last in this place.. they kinda trying to doom you feels like to keep you zombified for the system to control and manipulate you really.. not really to help your mental. Another evidence of our sad reality.
