I really like PA Ashley Berniard and I give her 5 stars. However, calling Dr. Berdayes office, unless you are trying to schedule an appointment, is a fool's errand. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns your calls. The phone lines are a black hole - calls go in, nothing comes out. One star for the phone service, so average = 3. Would I recommend PA Ashley? Definitely. Would I recommend the office? It would come with a big disclaimer about my phone frustrations. I'm not sure if Dr Berdayes is aware of how bad the phone ser... read more

Been a patient for 15-20 years. Recently the staff who answer the phones leave a lot to be desired. the latest is a good example. Took six calls yesterday to actually get an urgent appointment. They hung up on me twice!! then told me twice they could not find me as a patient even though I have been with them nearly 20 years. Finally got an appointment for today at 3 pm and they call me 3 hours before my appointment to confirm my appointment for Thursday!! I was diagnosed with Stage 4 non-hodgkins lymphoma. I was in both a helpless situation physically and a hopeless one mentally. From the moment of my first meeting & conversation with the good Dr, he inspired both hope and confidence in me. Dr. Seymour is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He takes time with his patients, is extremely knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner and will help with anything you need. My mother has been his patient for 6 years and my husband who developed stage 4 cancer has been his patient for over a year. Dr. Seymour doesn't give up on helping the patient get what they need for treatment and quality of life. He's the only doctor I would recommend to someone needing his type of services. Dr Seymour has the best bedside manner of any doctor I know. It is a real conversation as opposed to a Dr/Patient relationship. He is open to suggestions and helpful in whatever is needed. I have a rare form of blood cancer and works with me for my treatment. The Lab techs are superb! I have almost non-existent veins that have been over-worked due to having had countless blood draws but they can always find a good one and make it quick and painless.
My husband and I have been patients for approximately 12-13 years and my entire family has been seen by her or one of her PA’s and NP’s. We wouldn’t have been patients for this long if my family and I didn’t get optimal care from her and her team!!!

Dr Berdayes is our family dr. We all just love her. She is thorough and actually cares about her patients. She listens and takes time to treat whatever you need. We wouldn’t ever consider any other Dr.
