I called for a quote to clean a rental house in Edgewood. The gentleman that answered the phone told me they don't do Edgewood, they don't get paid and hung up on me. I work for a large local company and could have paid up front but was not given the time to even discuss it. Very disappointed.
I called Better Maid for a one time cleaning 3 years ago. That one time cleaning has turned into twice monthly cleanings for the past 3 years. The girls arrive on time, each time, dressed professionally, ready to clean. They are very detailed and will help me with any odd jobs around my home that I need help with. I highly recommend Better Maid to anyone in search of a cleaning company. You will not be disappointed!
DO NOT USE this company. Not only do they do sub-par work and leave their cleaning materials in your house, but they are completely unprofessional. I lodged a complaint with the owner the last time they cleaned my house and he decided not to have his people come clean my house again....and not inform me. I had to call for the time this week and was then informed that they weren't coming...the cleaning day is 2 days away. I find that unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
You want a Great cleaning Experience call Better Maids not only were the girls professional they paid attention to Detail and had my home looking New!! Loved it
