Went to get some oak lumber. Sales guy vaguely pointed to what they had. I asked how much the boards were. Smug response: “I don’t have like a price list.” Definitely don’t go here as a retail customer.
This place is becoming a waste of time called and left Brian, a voicemail this morning to put the order in and of course never got a callback decided to go by there and place the order in person this man just standing there not doing nothing then tells me he’s been super busy and couldn’t call me I get that, but then when I try to place my order again, he wanted to send it off to someone else because he was too busy to take my order for large order whenever Kevin’s there, it’s never an issue, but clearly Brian has no desire ... read more
This is definitely a moral company! While I havnt used their building supplies, I contacted them when one of their trucks kicked up a large rock that hit my windshield outside of Charlottesville and caused a massive crack. I reached out with pictures and they helped to cover some of the windshield replacement cost. This was honestly unexpected and they were courteous the entire time. I would recommend working them if anything because of their honesty and integrity!
