Make sure they have your up to date insurance before paying. They unknowingly almost charged me retail price for what should've been $2 for 2 bottles. Then after a minute of questioning, she finally explains it's because my insurance expired 2 years ago. Mistakes happen, and I recommended she should really tell the customer that before charging them. Great pharmacy, kind staff. v1y
This pharmacy consistently overcharges despite having insurance and a co-pay. Be very weary of their business practices. The pharmacist Mina is extremely dismissive. When my daughter picked up her script she was over charged despite having a co-pay. When she called to inquire she was hung up on. I called and spoke to Mina who stated that they hung up thinking the call was ended.
