Everyone is professional and helpful. They do an excellent job with all clients. Great activities, food, and exercise. I bring my mother n’ law regularly and all are treated with the utmost respect and consideration. They is a mix of races from Latino, Filipino, and Korean. I don’t know how someone can rate as a one star. Especially after only a single interaction. Regards
The employees think they’re still in their country -korea. Rude especially on the phone, no respect for seniors, its all about the profit!
