Ordered an allergy test. Sent me a confirmation email so they definitely had my correct email. After 10 days I emailed to ask about results and they never replied. I called after two weeks and they said they sent the results to the wrong email address. We had a dr appointment that day that we needed the results for so I asked the person on the to email it to me and with as much attitude as possible they informed me that they have "other tasks to get to" and that I should wait until the end of the day.
