Bonnie is a liar, a troublemaker, and the noisiest person anyone could ever meet. Don't rent from this liar. Once she gets your name on that lease, she thinks she's Hitler's wife! It's disgusting what she does to people. I watched her screw over many people while I was under her dictatorship. The illegal immigrants are more important to her. Government pays their rent. Better homes evicted my mother on a 3 day eviction in January. We had her out before the first of February. They are charging her for February even though she didn’t live there because as they said “she didn’t give THEM a 30 notice to leave”. Even through she begged them to give her more time to find a new place. Unfair. Taking advantage of the elderly is not an ok practice.
I rented from Bonnie for many years never once did I have a problem with anything and when I called things got fixed right away very good company to rent from

Better Homes Property Mangement responds to Ticked off Tim I read his review and thought it was comic like. I would love to post Tim's last name and smear it across Dex Knows, but I run a professional business, and yes, I have to deal with people like this. I guess when you really read into this, if he stayed for a year, we must have done something right. Avoid this company at all costs Please for you own peace of mind avoid this company, they do a terrible job. The people, who work there, are very discourteous and disrespectful. I called 2 weeks in advance to set up an appointment to view several apartments before I moved to Jamestown. I got there and they had no idea who I was and there was nothing on their schedule, this should have been my first sign to rent from some where else.
