Recently had a front and side deck and railings replaced. Also added a patio cover. Ryan, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our project when giving initial estimate, great ideas, many photos to where we had a complete idea of work to be done. Zack and Justine put it all together and we are thrilled. Their attention to detail and the way they worked together, correcting existing problems and explaining the process was incredible. Saving us potential problems. Super company and excellent employees.
We recently had a patio cover installed by Ryan and his team. They were very helpful with our questions and were done in just a few hours. Leaving extra paint for touch up’s. It looks wonderful. Had an issue after the first heavy rain called Ryan and not long after one of his team came and resolved the issue. We are very satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. We highly recommend Better Homes NW for your next project.
