Terry L Toney is a realtor for Better Homes and Gardens - has no problem attacking people on Facebook for their opinions I would not use him or his colleagues to find a home - seems very unprofessional
I’ve been working with Rick Noble at Better Homes and Garden Real Estate in Myrtle Beach. Rick has been absolutely fantastic, always listening to what we are into and what we’d like and then applying that to the market. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Super uncomfortable beds, not enough blankets, rips tears stains on nearly everything! All this for an expensive price!! AVOID
Not helpful at all. Door to condo would not accept code. NO ONE would answer emergency phone(3 different numbers) This was a Sunday evening. Don't book with this realtor! Spread the word.
We are currently renting unit 413 in The Palace Resort from this rental company. This is the filthiest condo we have ever rented. The check out instructions state that “you are responsible for preparing the condo for the next guests”, so beware, there is no cleaning crew coming in to make sure it is clean and sanitary for you prior to your check in.The whole building is quite old and needs a good cleaning.
